Meng Xianguo, born in September 1965, is a male ethnic Han, member of CPC, administrative police commissioner class two. He graduated from the Department of Criminal Investigation, People’s Public Security University of China, received a bachelor degree of laws. He has been acting as Deputy Director of General Office of Criminal Investigation Department of MPS, Deputy Director, then Director of Property Infringement Cases Investigation Division, Political Assistant and Director of Poilitcal Division. Now he is a member of CPC committee and Vice President of NPUC.

Department of Physics, Nankai University with a bachelor degree of science on optics in 1982, them a master of science on condensed matter physics from graduate school of Northeast University in 1995. He has been acting as Chief of Teaching and Research Section, Vice Dean and Dean of Department, Assistant President and now the Vice President of NPUC.
